DCCIAS DCC to DC Voltage Converter

Simply a full wave bridge and capacitor circuit for use on "in car lighting" circuits etc. Any place you want to convert AC or DCC to a DC current. 1 amp peak rating. The green wires go to the DCC input. The Red wire is positive (+) DC output, and the black is negative (-) DC output. The Output is approximately 1 to 1.5 volts lower than the input voltage. The capacitor smooths the output voltage and should eliminate any flicker problems. The unit is intended for use as a in car lighting converter. Resistors may still be needed depending on the requirements of the lighting being used.
