The TSU-PNP8 8 function decoder
Tsunami2 decoders are equipped with a 32-bit processor that provides horsepower to support 28 functions, 16 polyphonic sound channels, 50 individual sounds, and more than 20 lighting effects. Tsunami2 Decoders provide high quality onboard locomotive sound, precision motor control and brilliant lighting effects, as well as the first ever Reactive Diesel Dynamic Digital Exhaust for more authentic operation. There are two additional function outputs added to the existing TSU2-PNP design using the same lighting circuit and processor pins added for FX7 and FX8. Lighting outputs are compatible with 12-14V bulbs, 1.5V bulbs or LEDs with external resistors.
The TSU-PNP8 is part of the Tsunami2 line of Digital Sound Decoders and includes the same features: More than 2 million sound combinations, Reactive Dynamic Digital Exhaust, Functioning locomotive brakes, and train brakes.
